The Maya have passed down the old ways of their ancient people to us to share with those willing to know how chocolate came into our world. It is a fun tour with education, complete interaction and of course you get to grind some delicious chocolate on an ancient Mayan grinding stone.

Cracking the beans is a process of getting the shell off and beginning the next stage of making nibs. We sell the beans whole as well. You can't get less processed than that.
